I think it would be a good idea to create a game without any level-differences at all !

But Al I never create games with levels etc. I am at the moment the lowest char in comparison to the others. Can we meet today any time it is convenient to you and check it out? You will create a game and I will join. Lets see if that works.

Lucretia, i stil have two other chars then my pala who are lower then yours.
My sorcs now lvl18 and my ama lvl17. Maybe i'll join with those tonight.

Those who couldnt join, could be that yours were ladder chars? Normaly there no lvl restrictions. Always set to max players (8).

We'll see tonight if posiible. Btw Lucretia were did you end last night? I know you were in act3, but were did you stop?

Unfortunatelly I had to stop at the begining of act 3. Act 2 was fascinating btw and I thank you all that we gone through it together. I couldn´t do it on my own. I will try to be there tonight. Hope we meet each other <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Its just that the time differences are sooooo big <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

On the ladder games you have to tell how big a spread between character levels you will accept in your game. Maybe the same for non-ladder games? I think it also tries to automatically create your character as a ladder character. That probably explains why I couldn't get in either. Mine are all ladder characters. I was also only seeing "Your friend Lucretia is in a private game" no game name - that must have been because I was a ladder character ...

Seems like it happend again befor enetering the monestary for the malus. You were "cut" off again. BTW Alrik, whats your accountname on b-net?

The Alrik is always a part of it; I believe it is AlrikFassbauer, but I'm not quite sure (don't know how it's built up).

D'Queene you can catch me on the Westcoast or Europe. We only have a 3 hour difference. I do have a 23:00 est
cutoff during the week though.(beauty rest and all...Uhhumm)
I have ladder, non ladder and hardcore char's on the west coast, and in Europe. Even 2 in Europe that are non expansion/non ladder. From now on when I am on the Westcoast I will start a Larian game then you will know how to find me. I look forward to seeing you there!

I tryed to get in last night. I created a game and I played for a few minutes. And then I was cut off too. And I lost some good staff I had pleced to the ground. B-net sometimes sucks! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />

yes its very frustrating. i get these cut offs in regulary intervals. 2 days ago i cleared an intire area in act 4, wanted to find the teleporter , but then my monsters won't respond. they just freezed.. and then i saw the black borders of my map...aaaargh!!!

why? i'm wonder that these cutoffs occur also in other online games?
because i was interested in playing "world of warcraft..."

Yeh, i know the feeling. You are fighting against some monsters, then suddenly the all stand still, you are trying to attack them, but can't hit them. Then you realise that it's all lag. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

And World of Warcraft seems a really good game, but i don't like to pay each month about 10 euro's or so.

Word of Warcraft ? I think yes. But playing the strategy game alone ( I mean not World of Warcraft - they have similar names but are different products !) online should still be free, I think.
