Ok I just finished some rounds in B-Net.

The good news is that my char. are ok. Ladder and non ladder.

The bad news is that someone I think not from larian forum entered the game I was in. I had used the password and the special channel DQ has created for us. It was a German person. Did not reply to me when I spoke and asked who he is.

That is very strange that someone would come into the Larian game and not speak.
I bet that was a bit unerving for you Luc. You guys go ahead and start the game and I will join you. You will only be in an hour or so befor me. Not much matters as far as level from my point of veiw.
TheMightyOne has dropped some really sweet goodies on me that I would like to share with everyone if I can. He has only asked for certain items in return.(if we happen to find them) I will let you know what they are when we get into the game.(I wrote them down) I am so glad that your characters were not deleted Luc! That is good news!
So who else is comming? Do you think we should start a clan? Like Clan Larian.

I was scared to death. I was all alone there and I was playing just to fill up two hours in order to save my ladder char. She had only 18 days to expire. So I had all those magic things you gave me on me and I was afraid that the other person would kill me. My sorc is only lvl 20 so there are not so many things I could do. It is so strange though Find the password and the channel?

Diablo is really cheap those days and we would be very happy to have you with us. And really it is easy to play on line. Even I managed to join (causing some serious nervous break down to the others though )

Luc, if ever that happens again just portal to town. Another character cannot kill your character there. You will be safe. No body could just get that game name and password by chance. They would have to get it from this forum. As far as I know, this is the only place where it is posted. So it had to be someone who has been to this forum.
@Lews, you need to find the documentation on your router. When you get the game you need to open ports for it. I have the port openings documented in my files, so there is no problem there. You just have to find out what you need to do to have acsess to your firewall. Let me know when you do and then maybe we can also play Age of Empires!

At one point, shortly after the explanation that Smaragd (German) = Emerald (English) I got cut off the data stream.
The reason is the following :
I live in the same house as my sister and my parents do. We only have one telephone. Therefore, as my sister began using it - she cut my Modem off.
I tried several times to get back, but my sister kept on talking , so I lost interest. Instead I went out for a walk a bit (late afternoon, sunny day).

And for those who still don't know what a Mausoleum is : As far as I know thzere was once a greek king or so with the name Mausolos. He built the first building of that type (I mean his subjects did it ) , so it's called after him : Mausoleum.
What makes a Mausoleum different from a crypt or so is that the remains of somebody are not only buried there - they are also shown so that the King's subjects can do pilgrimages to it. What's left of communist leader Lenin is shown in his own Mausoleum, as well. (Just an example.)

There is a twist in the word "Mausoleum" : Maus means in German "mouse" ...

I think I played for 12 hours straight through! Themightyone and I went and killed BAAL, and now Devire is a Slayer! I had to create 3 new mules just to carry all the stuff Mighty gave me from all his Hell Meph runs. We spent about 6 hours just looking at items and muling stuff back and forth! LOL! Also we decided that any new characters we create will have CL- in front of their names for Clan Larian. I have CL-Gemholder, CL-Tempest, and CL-Badboy. Hehe, don't worry Luc, we will play again soon. I wish I could have had some of that good food you made! Did you make your special salad? Or how about some of that coffee? You make me hungry! It was good seeing you Alrik, and CL-JVB (LOL!) I missed playing with you!

Guess what. I still got that great golden armor you gave me. I carry it always with me (I can not wear it yet. Needs 60 points of strength). But I still got it. And I still got the special things DQ gave me I wear it all the time

From wendsday of, i'm back home so i canplay again.

I'll probably be onlien this weekend, so maybe we'll see eachother.

@ Luc, unfortunately you cannot rename your characters. I still have all my others also. CL- Gemholder (can't hold 1 more!LOL!)is new. So is CL-Badboy and CL-Tempest.
I created them as mules, but I have to play them some in order to keep them. They are all just loaded with goodies! Hehe...Come get some! I am sure one of them has something you can use!
