You know the rules so here we go.

VERY BIG SPOILER ON TELEPORTERS:

There are 20 teleporters in the game.
To activate any of them, first you must have proper teleporter scroll in your inventory. Then just click on the teleporter and it'll start to glow in white.

There are 7 different teleporter scrolls, one for each race: Mage, Human, Dwarf, Elf, Orc, Lizard and Imp.

Scroll given by Zandalor by the bridge, shows you all teleporters, blue flame means you activated the teleporter. (broken link...)

Where to find all teleporter scrolls:

Mage's scroll
- given by Zandalor after cutscene with dragonrider, by the bridge in Aleroth.

Human's scroll
- can be found in Cursed abbey's cellar, in the Engineer's room, on the table.
- Mitox'll give you one when you deliver him the letter from Alix (barracks) and agree to work for him.

Dwarf's scroll
- can be found in Blue boar inn, in the northern room with Dwarf. Scroll is on the table, steal it (you can refuse dwarf's ruby and he'll leave, but he'll leave the scroll on the table also).
- in the Dwarven village in the mayor's house, on the table.
- Dwarven king'll give you one when you complete stone axe quest.

Elf's scroll
- get it in the Archer's guild, speak with the guild master.

Orc's scroll
- it's in the chest in main building of Orc camp (SE corner).

Lizard's scroll
- get it from Gomoe, you must heal both injured soldiers in Aleroth otherwise he won't give it to you. Also you must get it before you bring him in the council.

Imp's scroll
- it's below Imp's deserted castle, in the northern room, on garbage.

There is no scroll for Council of seven. Teleporter can be activated after you kill Succubus.

With these scrolls you can activate any teleporter. Most of them are easy to find (teleporters), but if you have trouble, look below Teleporters are marked with red circle.
Details will mostly be useless, but it's good to see anyway.
