i reached lvl 24 and then i noticed im not gaining exp anymore.
why is that hapening? even when i complete quests and ask exp as reward i dont get my exp bar to even budge a bit.

Don't play with a NoDVD crack.

What you describe is not a bug. It's the protection mechanism being triggered. The game checks for the DVD in the drive regularly. If it doesn't find it, it starts doing funny stuff like this to people who are playing with a crack.
