Hi guys! I have been following this game for some 9 months or so and I've found no mention whatsoever of any release in sweden, where I live, I have checked with me game stores close by and they claim not to have received any release date. Could anyone please enlighten me whether there will be a swedish release, and if so where it is. If else could someone recommend a website which would deliver the game to sweden.

Back already wink

Sweden is also handled by Mastertronic and will be along with the UK release.
So div2 should be available in Sweden now.

How about Denmark? Last I checked a store - they could not even find the game in their system.

All of Scandinavia is handled by Mastertronic. If you can’t find the game in the store, you can order it at Amazon.co.uk or Play.com .

An overview of retailers can be found here.

I did check out Mastertronic but as it is right now the only available shipping option is to UK, this could however be due to the fact that you can only Pre-Order DD2 not actually buy it.

I went to their website and looked around. Most of the games I see there that I have seen in stores are usually in the shovel bin for low price older games to impulse shop in the teller exit line. IMO not a distributor of choice if you want any kind of market penetration that creates a buzz. Either I use some online shop I've had no previous contact with or I nag my book seller to order it order it as a favour.

For the people having some issues geting the game i strongly advise amazon. Great service, cheap postal packaging, good pricing.

I would still prefer a digital version like steam or D2D, but alas, Gamersgate was picked for that function and i never bought there.

Hello hehe

For those who are still looking for div2 on the Scandinavian market, you might want to have a look at these links:

www.webhallen.com
www.spelbutiken.se
www.coolshop.dk

Hope this helps you.

I pestered my book shop and I'll pick up D2 there tomorrow. While it is relatively easy to get the game I find it a bit sad that it has a lower profile than Space Rangers 2: Reboot over here.

Know what you mean - they do not even have D2 in the stores here in Denmark - even if several had been asking for the game - the main office of the store have not gotten it and will not get it. I wonder why. Lots of people would be aware of the game if it were in the stores.

Then the distribution is not done very well... frown

The links I have posted above, to online shops, should help.

I guess - I refered especially to GameStop which have several stores in Denmark - but not having or getting D2 ... I do not know how in the distribution it went wrong, who should be contacted and notified in a case like this?

Anyway, I ended up ordering it online, but I would have prefered buying it in a shop - because a lot of other people would be made aware of the game then.
