One enchanter by the Wishing Well near the West Shrine portal...the only other is in your Battle Tower... aargh

Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.

The one by the wishing well is in broken valley. In the corner past the entry to Maxos temple, just keep hugging that wall and you will see him. Also, I suggest putting max money into the wishing well. It is well worth it if you do exp.

Actually, I took the bracelet from the wishing well (max money) just after getting to level 13 and am still using it at level 25, so the +1 Wisdom bonus has given me more experience than asking for experience directly. It is not that great anymore (+31 hit points, another minor bonus, a charm slot and 2 enchantment slots, one of which I filled with a level 10 healing aura I was lucky enough to find the formula for in the enchanter's cellar), so if I start running into problems I am keeping a replacement handy. Until then, the Wisdom bonus I don't really need is better than other bonuses I don't need at all.

If a piece of equipment has an existing enchantment (listed under other bonuses with a name and description, such as 'Poison Aura - enemies that approach have a 10 chance of suffering 30 poison damage over 1 second') or an empty enchantment slot, then it can be enchanted or un-enchanted. You will need an enchanter, formula (either found, bought or recovered by un-enchanting something), and various ingredients.
