You may need some type of Step Up Transformer as we run on 240 volts in the UK?? To you it would be a very specialist item and I would seek professional advice before parting with any funds. Your TV's should support PAL50hz/60hz, but there is always that chance some may not. The trend in the UK is PAL 60hz nower days. Another option is VGA if not.
I had an expensive lesson when I plugged a 110 volt scanner into a 240 volt mains supply. Unsurprisingly, it went "bang". I imagine doing it the other way around would be less spectacular, but at best not very useful.
Most computery type things have had auto-sensing dual-voltage supplies for as long as I can remember... though I guess we are talking about an Xbox here, so maybe it's best not to make assumptions. Hopefully a decent online seller would give a full list of specifications including stuff like that.
I think that there is a risk that it could cause all sorts of chaos with region codes, however, so I'm not entirely sure if it's the ideal solution. Patience might be the best way forward, although as someone who is certainly not well versed in patience as a skill I can understand the agony!
