Where is commander Ralph located ...I can't find him ...it is
possible to kill him?
Please help ...Thank you!

Commander Ralph is in the Rivertown Watch building, just south of Stormfist castle, north of the army barracks. I don't think you can kill him, but he can lock himself in a back room if you got caught earlier trying to get in there. In that case there are several ways to get him out (see Help with Ralph please).
