When I enter the arena Gene is already there. Then the cutscene shows the other guy walking in by himself. I kill the 1st wave and the next wave never comes.

I know the cutscene is supposed to show them coming in together and then the battle starts.

I went back to a save before I entered the Hall, but it still did it.

I'm playing the xbox version from the marketplace.

Anyone else have this problem and how to fix it? Thx.

Did you get the cutscene conversation with Marius as he is walking in? How about with the memory eater at the start of the path leading down to the arena?

You could try clearing the Xbox cache and load the save before entering the Hall of Echoes again, but the problem could be in the save itself.
In the dragon sections of the Hall of Echoes you can teleport back to the battle tower, but if getting the game to reload the area would help, then reloading the earlier save probably would have done the same thing.

Yes, I get all the cutscenes, but Gene is already standing in the arena. When I enter the arena he runs toward me and the cutscene shows Marius walking in and the door closing behind him alone.

I loaded an earlier save and it's working now:)
