I have Divinity 2 DKS with latest patch and game stutter a little in movies and in gameplay moments.
In option menu, I set Multi Core ON, Lockstep OFF and FPS Limit on 60, but I rarely reach 40 fps also if I've a good system and no problems in other games.
My system is composed by i5 3570k (quad-core), 8 Gb DDR3, GTX295 and Win7 x64.
I've latest drivers and DirectX.
What is my problem?

EDIT: I forgot to say that I've stuttering also if I set FPS limit to 30.

Try setting Distance Rendering to low and enable time slice shadows.
