Hey there, I think I have recently started FoV directly after the long chat with the Divine and well, after the awesome terminator reference, I mindread the guy(Augustus?) that greets us and it cost me 15000xp suspicion
T
hen I mindread a person near the stall who wants me to fetch his diary and it cost me a hefty amount again, then I checked the weapons vendor and weapons for 35k and such prices sad so is it because Aleroth is at war(normal) or am I bugged?

Thanks.

No,you are not bugged, it's normal cost for mindreading in FOV. Don't worry, you will easy regain this xp since enemies also give you much xp and Aleroth got places where enemies will respawn.

Phew! That's a relief other than that, what about equipment cost? Things don't look cheap.

If you have the spare skill points you can invest in the Mindread skill to drop the cost (just before FoV I maxed the skill, eliminating it). As Pall said, though, you don't need to.

Equipment isn't cheap, but you shouldn't have too much trouble buying anything you need. You can always send your runners out repeatedly for diamonds and malachite ore to sell or trade with (Runners and Tower ? and Very low success rate with Fanny Blossom?).

Thanks. I just finished the game and now wonder if Larian is gonna pickup after this someday. Third-person RPG that is, not like Original Sin - isometric.

There will be a Divinity 3, but nothing is known about it yet (other than Damian still needs to be defeated). Another RPG about dragon knights would pretty much have to be third person, though, and IMNSHO the premise is too good not to eventually do more with it.

Original sin, and Dragon commander are both set before Divine divinity, so there is a big possibility they wont fit into the story, and are just a one off thing, larian experimenting with what people like to give them ideas on what kind of games they could make after the last divinity game, otherwise they would be stuck with no games or ideas, if you ask me Original sin and Dragon commander are just to fill time, which i don't mind, the longer they spend on divinity 3 the better a game it will be, there was atleast a good 5 year time gap between divine divinty and divinity 2, hopefully when they finish Original sin and dragon commander they'll start work on Divinity 3, which i hope i get to play as MY dragon knight again, because that's what makes the game unique, i mean, name me another RPG where you can shape-shift into a dragon, exactly, there is none, and what i mean by playing as MY dragon knight is i mean i want to play as the same character, i don't want to have to re-create my character and have him/her back at level 1 with bad armour, maybe larian could implement import save games, like what bioware did with mass effect.
