As I entered the church my character said "What's this? I see something!" But I can't find what they're talking about. It is driving me crazy. Does anyone know what it is and where it is? Also.. I can't find the 4th switch of open the tomb.

I think it's a dig site just to the west of the entrance, in an area which is hard to reach. I'm not sure though.

The fourth switch is opposite the second switch, you can't really see it because of the camera angle.

Oh, I guess I'm missing the "first" switch then.

yes with high perception you get that inside the church and is the pit behind the tree (the secret door to this place seems to be broken - I couldn't get the door to open for me so I teleported there )

Yup, hover your mouse around the tree and you find a digsite. I haven't been able to reach it though.

The panels are;
* To the left of the alter
* To the right of the altar (the very hard to see one Stabbey mentioned and I was stuck on too)
* Behind the locked gate
* To the far right of the church.
