LOL I shot a bandit and a dragon-sized quiver fell to the ground.
Ahem.

I actually just encountered the same thing with a healing scroll that appeared giant!

Got a save with the item still on the ground? One person had a giant club drop some time ago, and got a screenshot, but after picking it up, when they dropped it again the glitch with the size didn't reoccur. A save with something on the ground might help Larian figure out what caused that.

Got exactly the same problem. I killed a skeleton archer and a giant sized quiver droped. Also found a "old short bow" that seems the be not sized appropriate. (looked more like a huge orc bow) The short bow even stays wrongly sized if equipped.
