The people needing a new key are only the kickstarter backers (if you bought it on steam then you don't need one), and that's because some people wanted to try out the beta but want their keys on GOG.

Steam Early Access codes will expire on release

Everybody who backed us on Kickstarter received a Steam Early Access code. We promised however that you'll be able to select which platform you want to receive your digital download on, so on the day of release, the Kickstarter Early Access codes will stop working and you'll need to log in to the Larian Vault to select which platform you want to play on. You will then get a new code.

If you purchased the game on Steam Early Access, don't worry, your codes will keep on working. This message only applies to the Steam Early Access codes that were given away to our backers.

If you are talking about converting PDT 10am 30th June to CET, then, here and here is a countdown timer for that time (I set LA for the location).

You can also just check Steam's main page (countdown timer for the end of the sale).

Yeah, I noticed it after I made my previous post. hahaha The sale timer serves as the release timer for D:OS. After all, 30th June release may be not that bad. After all, it served as a good advertisement.

Their twitter said about 10 am PST, so about 13 hours from the time of this post.

Kinda wish there was something a little more official than a twitter post saying "typically 10:00 PST".

Well Steam doesn't release games at any other time then 10 AM PST unless it gets a midnight launch. And we obviously didn't get one of those.

Doubt you could even unlock the game if you got a physical edition till then. But imagine its region locked wise for that, then anyone could walk into a store in Europe and pick up a copy and play when they get home right now. This is just an assumption of course. Haven't bought a physical game that works on Steam at launch in a very very long time. Chances are they aren't downloading the "official" launch version though until Steam updates it.

As far as when GOG updates their servers and such, I dunno, but I imagine it'll be roughly around the same time frame.

Due to the nearing release, there are some posts, which make me tempted to ask to search before posting, popping up and I wonder if what I should ask if some people don't read even posts immediately above them...

I've gotten an impression that it's now Steam since Larian seems to have done necessarily procedure at their end. In any case, as Raze pointed out, just keep your eye on the Sale timer and if the game is not released after the count-down, go panic as if it's the end of the world. /jk
