We fixed that issue in latest builds. It's classified as driver bug. For now its Intel Iris and Intel HD4000 only. I can give you instructions how to enable it for any other video card, given that you tell me your video card.
It's a shroud texture corruption issue.
To save you from waiting here are the instructions. Just keep me posted on your results, please..
1) Find your steam/gog Divinity Original Sin installation folder
2) Navigate to Resources inside the game bundle
3) There you should see VideoCardBugList.plist file
4) Edit the file using any plist editor (it's a text file)
Your section is this one:
<key>ShroudStripesBug</key>
<dict>
<key>Intel</key>
<dict>
<key>Iris</key>
<true/>
<key>4000</key>
<true/>
</dict>
<key>Default</key>
<false/>
</dict>
First try changing Default to <true/>, launch the game it should be completely fixed now.
Now figure out your video card and report it in post.
Good luck!
