I know that easter eggs are suppopused to be surprises, but maybe people could have ideas for easter eggs, like one were its the Forum, and the bugg's are spam running around, and u help Lynn chase them down, and then you fight Johnson and me at the end, lol, that was a joke, but really, anyone got any good easter egg ideas?

and the replies are...

no real easter eggs, like if u go to a certan cabnit, and drag 3 bottles of wine into it (not opened up) than a portal opens and takes you to a secret dungeon, composed all the way of forum members as monsters, and at the end u kill me (a dragon rider on a pony) and than you get some weapon, I'm thinkin' of what it is, I'll post it when I figure it out...

Easter Eggs shouldn't affect the game. They're a fun bonus, not a secret weapon.

I know, like wondering ito all of the Larian team's houses, and seeing them all asleep snoring and the hero says "what the hell do they do?" and then you see a computer and you see them working on Divinity 2. that would be funny as hell!

"shouldn't" Doesn't always happen.

In Gauntlet Ledgends there was a secret level that was the Atari studio. All of the programmers, artists, etc. were skeletons colapsed over their desks and if you broke open the secret wall, the studio hampster came out and started attacking you (like a golum for those who have played it). It was worth a few experience points, but that was about it.

how about stumbling into a hidden part of a cave which is actually a cineplex showing Titanic with demons, imps, & all sorts of underworld populace watching? now THAT is hell.

or maybe a mobile cybecafe (like in korea) where some of the Larians are playing DD2 multiplayer?

or kirill conducting an orchestra in a lavish auditorium with forum members as musicians?

or maybe a scene from Monty Python's holy grail where a killer rabbit is on the loose & kills knights & paladins & the king RUN AWAY !!!

easter egg can be made to be some sort of tribute to great games, movies, or anything. much like what fallout does for easter egg.

As the poor Larian team was imprisoned in Div 1 - they're now in demonic paradise: virgins for Marian, a good book for Lynn, healthful food for all - no PCs, Swen's portrait on the wall and a large supply of darts - demonic servants, luxury - a certain invisibility ring for gamers finding them and still bitching about it - we all meet Buad with a new creation of his refreshing tea and get invited. Our demonic alter ego will enjoy it probably. And Swen? Hmmm, - I'm just thinking of the fairy story: Hänsel and Gretel
