i thought it was very thoughtful of the larians to mention the world trade center in divinity. so how about a tribute to all the innocents who died in the "war on terror". or the phillapenos (thats gotta be spelled wrong) that died in that mud slide.

that said, how about somebody named gridlock. he could sell photographs of ....im thinking.....anyway... collect all the photographs and be sent to another easter egg. the photographs would have to be really expensive.

Yeah i wouldlike Indiana Jones as well..
But what about a Jason or a Freddy Kruger armour..Would be kind of funny...

I think itd be funny if as u traveled you ran into a very powerful looking party consisting of a mad mage with magic swirling around(if possible) him, and a bunch of heavily armored goons. When u ran into them the mage would yell something(havent thought of anything specific yet, just keep it quick and crazy ) and than itd go into a a little in-game cutscene and the mage would try and cast a powerfull spell that fails and blows up him and his entire party into a 'so gory its silly' mess, at which point ur character would just respond 'Huh?'

Reminds me of The Fellowship of The Ring where they're surrounded by Orcs in Moria. All of a sudden they all flee. Why? Because something bigger's coming!

Yes I also like that idea. Theire have to be at least one scene where you are left standing stupid and saying something like: huh , okaaaaaaay or dow

One funny idea would be:Somewhere there will be a secret gave with teleporter than will get you STRAIGHT TO LARIANS STUDIO OFFICES(In the present 2004),you will just stand there ,they will be discussing about HOW to make divine divinity 2....or 3!
You will try to speak to them "Erhhmmm...yes,hello...!?"
After a while they will notice you an there would be a small funny dialogue!
Afterwards you are given a special item and a memorial photo of the DD group with the hero and teleported back to your time by God telling you,that is NOT ALLOWED to mess around in time-zones like this because of the consequences...ect.ect...

THAT WOULD BE REALLY COOL!

hehe reminds me of the easter egg area of .Well it was not realistic (unless the larians realy are locked up in a deep dungeon forced to do Lars bidding). I think a realictic representation of larian studios will be difficult because new inviroments need to be implemented. But like your idea of the discussing ²... . I see it know:

Marian gives you a cryptic scroll that needs to be translated by the story creator Bronthion. The message says to meet him some where. Unfortunally this comes to the ears of the spy Lynn who tells supreme overlord Lar. Lar goes to shrimpo to get some of those special tactics. (see "game over" from shrimpo)

When you meet Marian he says : "I've got information about project X it's ..."

then Lar comes and drops a gigantic hammer on marian and your transported back.

I like one of the secret areas in Gauntlet Legends. It's an accurate representation of the developer studios, with all of the team members as skeletons dead at their desks. There's also a hidden room there which houses the company mascot, a little hamster. The hamster comes straight for you and starts beating the crap out of you, knocking you down. (For those who've played, it's a radically skinned Golem.)
