Would like to test it out, pity that my hard disk is full.

I figured out that if i turn off direct 3d, I don't have to deal with graphic problems on the screen anymore. Of course now there is draw backs to such not playing with the blessed direct 3d, but sacrifices have to be made non the less.

Im downloading the patch, does it address this problem?

I don't really know. I'd suggest that you might take a look at the Forums there ... There is a special sub-Forum about Bugs and other technical issues.

I run without Direct 3d too Virgo and I really dont think you are missing anything. The game looks just as good. Perhaps we miss a few tricky spell effects or something but I dont really care. Im not playing the game for eye candy and Im sure you arent either

The Forum says there will be an 1.3 Patch.

Someone in the AoW Heavengames Forum (actually an Forummember whi turned into Triumph Game-Tester ) said that a) Patch 1.3 will most probably come out this month and b) that this will be the last Patch.

Do you think the Nvida video card issue will be cleared up in the next patch? of course it won't .........wishful thinking (well on my part anyway)

Well, I once had problems, but they disappeared by installing the latest driver, if that's what you mean.

Anyway, if you have any problemce, I advice you to tell the AoW Heavengames - Forum of that ! That's imho the fasstest way to direct any problems to the devs, as they keep on posting and reading there.
