If you are having problems with any of our products and can't find the answer in the FAQ files (see above), we recommend you visit the technical sections in our forum or send an mail to support@larian.com.

When sending an e-mail, please describe the problem as clearly as possible, and include a DirectX Diagnostic. To create a DirectX Diagnostic, follow these instructions: click Start, click Run, in the Open box, type dxdiag and then click OK. In the tool that pops up, click the button "Save All Information" and choose a location for the file. Please attach this file to your mail.
